How many people do you meet within a day?  As a human you have to work together with different types of people. So, you should understand the different behaviors of the people who work around you. Thomas Ericson published the book "surrounded by idiots", with a deep explanation about the behaviors of the people. 

How did the behaviors come to your life?

 Some of these had been come when you born. Some are learned by your past life experiences, influences, or the environment that you live.

However, the book says any person of the world has color created by mixing blue, red, yellow, green. The four colors represent the four groups of personalities. Any person in society is a mixture of different behaviors.
 

The task oriented and issue-oriented behaviors are increased than relation-oriented behaviors when going up on the y axis. The extrovert active implementers are increased than invert passive reserved when going to right on the x axis of the chart. 

The blue people if else we can call as analytical people are more task oriented and analytical decision makers. They always try to do everything in the correct manner and make decisions by analyzing all the resources. Therefore, they show slow reactions and put maximum effort into the organization which they do their job. People having minimal social relationships is the adverse side of this type.

The dominant people are represented by the red color. They try to act as leaders in society. They make decisions quickly, directly and within the given time frame. But they also give minimal effort for making social relationships.

Yellow represents the popular people who love relationships. They can be amusing, creative, and elevate the mood regardless of who they’re with. But they do not try for the others’ ideas. When others give the space for the whole, yellows use whole space. Their stories will reflect reality less and less.

The greens really care about other people and calm reactions on their tasks. But they don't like to make changes. They try to do everything in the common way that practice till the time. The green people are abounded on the society.

When we are doing group work, knowledge is essential to understand the identify of others’ behavior. So, try to understand the color of you and try to add all positives in all the colors and understand and reduce the weakness of your color.
