 Smart Thinking

What is smart thinking? Is a thing of getting by smart devices? No. Smart thinking is an essential thinking pattern to live as a smart person. Before discussing smart thinking, we should know what the logic is, argument, premises, conclusion, and beliefs is.

Logic is the science of evaluating arguments. Argument is words intended to prove a point. If someone says something without any prove points is not an argument. We can evaluate arguments as right or wrong by logic. There are two parts of an argument as premise and conclusion. The point that should be made is the conclusion of the argument and the part of the evidence of the argument to prove the point is called as premise. The process of reasoning from a premise or premises to a conclusion based on those premises is called inference. Beliefs(claims) are the statements of either true or false.

We should have a grate understanding about the deferent between claims and the arguments. A claim is a statement that asserts a fact or opinion, while an argument is a more complex structure that uses one or more claims and supporting evidence to persuade an audience of the truth or validity of a particular position.

Smart thinking is the ability to analyze, evaluate, and interpret information in a logical and effective way. It involves using reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to make sound decisions and arrive at well-reasoned conclusions. Smart thinking involves several key elements, including:

  • Interpretation: The ability to make sense of information and understand its meaning and significance.

  • Reasoning: The ability to use logical and rational thinking to solve problems and make decisions.

  • Creativity: The ability to generate new ideas and approaches to problem-solving.
